Visuals & Graphics Old UI mod (Original Saints Row The Third phone, weapon icons etc)

I prefer the look of the UI elements in the older game, and would like a mod that brings them back in the new game replacing the new UI elements. The biggest and most noticible change is the phone and its UI, but there are smaller changes like the main menu text color, weapon icons, slight minimap changes, and more.
