[OBSOLETE] Random audio log playing when loading dirty fix

This little and far from perfect fix prevents random audio log collected from playing when you load a savegame.

WARNING: you will not be able anymore to listen to any audio log you will collect and/or have collected ! It's better to use this fix when your audio log collection is complete and you have listen to all of them, but feel free to use it before, if you are really annoyed when loading your saves.

HOW TO USE: place the attached file below in your Saints Row IV root folder and voilà !

HOW TO UNINSTALL (in case of patch that fixes properly this bug): delete the file collectibles_audio_logs.xtbl from your Saints Row IV root folder.

At least this fix is no longer needed, thanks to the last official patch.
