Well I'm trying to get ultor out of Saint's Row district (they are security not private police or something like that.) and I managet to get ultor goons and cruisers out and district haveing police notoriety system by going in spawn_info_categories finding <Name>Saints Row</Name> and making <Law_Spawn_Group>City - Law - Regular</Law_Spawn_Group> insted of <Law_Spawn_Group>City - Law - Ultor</Law_Spawn_Group> but masako in ultor vehicles are still spawning insted of swat and FBI, the game is crashing when it goes from 1 to 2 stars and I'm not sure about helicopters and road blocks. I'm using SR2 Complete Combat Overhaul as an access to spawn files so if someone know how please help.
