ok ever since i completed the game. i have noticed some bugs/glitches that happens too much to be some random glitch.
i have no mods to the game so yeah its just the original one
the few problems are related. it's just as i load the game.
1. the screen shows perpetual fire rain. (as if a warden has appeared) So this means.. no one spawns at all. worst of all, there is no warden and i have no notoriety!
(so i reload the game)
2. (now there are people) so when i raise my notoriety to the max, there is supposed to be a warden appearing but no. it just becomes a deserted street and no warden animation and no fire rain. I can use my notoriety call but it will be the same when i raise it back up(no warden and no spawn)
Side bugs:
sometimes as i do the romances, the other character doesn't talk/disappear.
