No pause when selecting weapons, and music continuing to play when on the HUB.

I hate it that the game pauses when you select your weapon and I hate the music pauses when I have to go to my HUD. When I am enjoying the song, and I have to open my map, the music stops! Is there a way to keep it playing? Also, as do a lot of other gamers, I don't like the game pausing when I select a weapon. But I think there are many more requests like that. ^^
