Recruit Dane As A Homie (Note: Replaces Gat) Put The File In The Root Folder (The One With The .Exe)

I would love to use this mod, but I could never replace Gat, is there no way to have Vogel as a homie without replacing someone? And would it be possible to transfer some of his lines from SR2 & GOOH, specifically his: "I have some pictures" line as an idle homie comment?
