Never Die DLC Cheat not working for me

If I enable the 'Never Die' cheat it doesn't seem to register in my game as I still take damage and die in missions and activities. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
 
Maybe you could try re-installing, or checking if any mods you might have would be interfering with the cheat code.
