Need help updating asm file with Gog version

I have been tying to get this mod https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/three-count-top-variations.4457/ to work,but since i have the gog version i cant use the Stream2update.exe.I have tried to update the asm file included with the mod using BuildPackfileGUI but its still doesnt work
