1. Find a color you want
2. Copy and paste the 'ts_b_m_julius.peg_xbox2' into cmeshes and then repack and you should be good to go.
Keep in mind:
- Does not replace the Julius from the story mode but the colors do work as a homie.
- Chains and ring is completely broken and not sure if there's a better proper way of retexturing at the moment but let's pretend that he wearing colorful chains because he is a man of "peace" after all.
