Moto's DOF Blur Modifications.
This mod reduces or removes Depth of Field blurring. It affects ALL non-cutscene (movies) situations where you zoom with weapon or lock fine aim when using Vehicle First Person Camera mods. As far as I know, this is the first of its kind. The compressed file I've uploaded contains this description in a MotosReadMe.txt and two folders containing a different modification of DOF parameters, decide which you would prefer from the folder name, then extract contents of selected folder to your SRTT game directory.
To uninstall: delete "dof_situations.xtbl" from your SRTT game directory.
