I don't know if its just me but i feel as if the ocean is just sitting THERE.
I wonder why volition even made the map a island like city if your not gonna really even use it except for missions. Now they did let you have a crib where you can get ships and such but no one else even spawns in the water(,unless when in a cop chase) as well making it feel boring and left out. There are also no activities in it, which is understandable since they took out racing from the game.
I don't know the extent to which you can mod the game but it would be nice if the cops were to do more in the water as well as the gangs.
if you can import models how bout making a crib in the north in of the city in the middle where volition decided the place dose not really need a crib.
