Mods won't load

Hallo! Tried to mod SRIV GotC ed...dropped all the files into the right place, unpacked what i needed to, followed install instructions to the letter. No changes to the game. Even subscribed to a few easy to spot Workshop mods (HUD changes, billboard replacers, those seasonal texture mods) nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
 
Make sure you drop non-workshop mods into main directory, "mods" folder is for vpp_pc files only

Make sure that the mods you are using dont have same files and if they're compatible..
