Modding folder?

I have mods, can't find "root" folder. I installed the game to my D drive and it didn't come with a Root folder. What do?

Root folder is a game installation folder

Ok now that, is done. How do I edit/change the mods within game?

You can't. You just install them and they work or not. There is no ingame mod menu to configure mods
