Modding folder?

I have mods, can't find "root" folder. I installed the game to my D drive and it didn't come with a Root folder. What do?
 
You can't. You just install them and they work or not. There is no ingame mod menu to configure mods

hahaha are you serious bro dude just install on sr3 remastered directly and also there is no way to change mod via in-game and also exit the game first before you can swap another mod
