im not sure if this really belongs here as its not a request for a mod persay, but rather, i found that saints row 3 modding was a little combersom, all those files just dumped into the main directory, sometimes there where conflicts and files had to be merged or manually edited to get things to work together, and ofcorse you have to keep checking to make sure they are updated

Im wondering if someone could create a tool that would function a bit like the nexus mod manager, you know, link to specific mod pages, let you know if there's an update, add an easy way to turn on or off different mods... and the like
 
Yes, I myself am seeking a manager to do the exact thing. Only thing I could find was Superstepa's Simple mod Manager, and I'm still struggling to remove mods XD However, if someone COULD make a mod manager, so you can go back to Vanilla SRTT/SRTS/SRIV, it would be brilliant, and appreciated.
 
I just keep a .txt file in my main directory letting me know what mod files are associated with what. I have yet to delete anything (I don't add stuff often), but it at least it should make stuff easier to manage. In theory.
 
Hey guys, my name on youtube is TechXSoftware, I make apps/programs, and I am going to make a saints row mod manger at first it will support SR4 then SR3 but not SR2 or SR1 because I only own SR3-4 if you really want the program, sub to my channel, the program will be released as soon as I can.
