"Missing CD" Bug?

First off, Idol, just so you know, I do have the legal version of the game, just so you don't ban me for misunderstanding me like with Saints Row 3

But I started up the game, which has been bugging out recently anyway, and this happened:

NOTE: The only thing I've done differently since I last started it up was change it to always run in administrator mode.

If nobody can help me, I'll just delete everything and re-install. That always helps

Did you load it from the steam app?

I loaded it from the steam library, the shortcut, and directly from the folder. Same result every time.

I have the steam version. That's why I don't understand why it's referencing some CD.

Try Restarting Your system If That Doesn't work log out and go into the administrator profile and load it

There's only one profile on the computer, and I'm running the game with administrator rights. And my computer gets turned off every night, so it's obviously been restarted.
