Don't no if it's possible but is there a way to lock the cutscene frames at 30 fps. It would come in handy for those who have cutscene problems, and this way you can still play the game 60fps or above.
Yeah I have used the Nvidia inspector thing but it does it for the whole game and only fixes some cutscenes and I'm not sure if that powertool was even done yet for this bug. I've been messing with it but no solutions so I don't know anymore, aside from this and the audio quality I'll just stick to the Xbox version of the game.
