Lighting Detail Display Option

The display menu in the game offers "Low" and "High", 1 and 2 respectively in the ini.
Ultra is not an available option unless you manually set the ini to "LightingDetail = 3".
After which "Low", "High" and "Ultra" are all available in the display menu.

Another issue is that the Bokeh DOF does not work when the lighting is set to ultra. The Bokeh DOF will only show up on the high setting.

Ultra lighting setting in not officially supported by the game (as in Saints Row The Third), that's why it doesn't appear in menu, so expect bugs (and massive FPS drops if you don't have a powerful graphics card) if you force it in display.ini.
