SR2 Is it possible?

Is it possible to bring back or port the Wheel Woman homie from SR to SR2? Or can we do it from scratch?

Can't be otherwise it would be on here as a download. SR2 is run on SR1's engine so I don't know why it can't be done, Idol would of posted how to do it if he knew. SR1 Wheel Woman used a Flag to work "is wheelman" something like that, tried it and nothing works.

I have used the flag for Wheel Woman, it still don't work. I also have the homies.xtbl file from the first game that controls Wheel Woman, it don't use flags like ""is wheelman", it uses VariantName like this "<VariantName>wheelmanvar</VariantName>".
