Is it possible to use Josh Birk's hair style in character creator?

Was wondering if there's any way to use Josh Birk's hair style at character creation in IV? Josh is in the game.

The hair styles you see is what u have. Unless someone mods it. However getting hair styles from npcs is hard to achieve because of how the mesh is made.

Im not sure if its possible by swapping models, but i dont think so, theres a nyte blade suit tho, u can try to recreate him.
