Interior Light Data

Hi folks
I'm trying to find a moddable file to adjust interior lighting. I have no idea why my interiors are so bright while exteriors are perfect with Gentlemen of the row and Reshade.I'm used to mod games like Fallout or TES with a comfortable editor but in this case I couldn't find any file that looks like lighting presets.

Does anybody have an idea?
