Seems like there is no confirmation of changes when you make any kind of physical change.

And you can't change your hair (at least on a downloaded character from the community site at least), you can view a new style but the color menu is completely unresponsive and requires you to manually click escape (pressing the key won't work in the dialog) to back out of the color menu.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Seems to be associated with alt-tabbing. Sometimes it works, but if I alt tab, it doesn't.
