How to use more than one mod that replaces the customization_items.xtbl file?

There are multiple mods that work by replacing the original customization_items.xtbl that resides on the main SRIV folder.
So, if I install a mod and that does that and afterwards I install another mod that uses this very file the lates mod would replace the older, so I could not combine mods.
There must be a way to work with this!
For example, let us say I wish to use the Ecchi Bounce mod along with the items from Gorgeous Nude mod.
Both replace the customization_items.xtbl.
 
You have to go through and modify one of the files so that it has the changes from the other one.
