How to remove censor (NO RETEXTURE) and question about eye retexture mod.

I know the censor problem has been discussed a lot, but all those threads always lead to a body retexture featuring... A more graphical skin... Anyway, I just want to know how to remove the censor bar (NOTHING ELSE).
Also, I'd like to know if this mod (https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/retextured-eyes.14374/) is compatible with SR:TT.

If you really want to remove just the censor, find a simple nude mod in the adult corner for SR:TT, and SR:IV mods aren't compatible with SR:TT, it's just how the world works.

The only SRTT eye texture mod I found corrupts/breaks everything. (Save loading, usually, if it loads, character skin is flat black like a normal map corruption.)

Not much I can do. I'm sorry the mod doesn't work for you. But you simply can't use a SR:IV mod with SR:TT, (even if IV was just a ripoff of TT). The only other ways I could see this being fixed is if the mod was redone and/or fixed, or if another eye mod was released for SR:TT.
