How to combine Tweak_table Files

How do I Combine tweak_table Files, or use them at the Same Time.
I have So many Tweak_Table Files, but I can't use then at the same time. So I want to Either Combine them or Have the Different Files in the game but working. Does anyone Know how to Do Either of these.
