How do I get the Glitch Gun?

I've seen mentions of a "Glitch Gun" in Saints Row IV. Other than the name, however, I can't find any information about it. How do I unlock this gun?
 
think you mean glitch blast. and thats a superpower, not a weapon.

I think they showed a Glitch blast, or TK, but hey also showed a Glitch Gun, I think, at the REV3GAMES stream.
 
Your thinking of the mind control blast, unlock it by doing all of matt miller's missions.
