As I was tweaking my homies.xtbl just for fun (like adding a Loren when Viola arrives) I stumble upon an intresting fact: The Mayor's Favor is suppose to spawn Reynolds in an automobile, yet he never shows up. I tried tweaking it so that Cyrus and Kia would show in a N-Forcer when calling Police Forgiveness. Only when I removed the flag <Flag>clear police notoriety</Flag> would they show up.
My question is: Is it possible to spawn gang members and clear notority at the same time?
