I can't call any homie on missions (meaning some missions but I want to be able to call homies on Every Mission). I need this for the mod I'm making (No Homie Mission Restriction for SR IV, also in SRTT but it was made by Hobbs last time). This is a one person effort and I just need help with this. I've managed to remove anything in <Blocked_Objectives> and <Blocked_Avail_Objectives>. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if I could get a list of missions where there's a code that prevents calling homies.
EDIT: I used a cheat (while using Idolninja's Addition Cheats): "unlockitall" to unlock everything so I could speed up the process of testing the mod
