Help with SR2 save

Thank you. Hopefully this works. If I can get the save files working, I'll upload a copy in the save games section.
Update: I was able to locate and test the save files. I took a picture so I don't forget the path next time.
There are four save files:
- 96% save file with cheats that doesn't work. I think this one requires the GOTR mod to work.
- 100% save file with black protagonist.
- 100% save file with cheats.
- 100% save file with white protagonist.
I checked the garage and helipad at the Saints hideout. None of these files have a Quasar.
I will modify one of the non-cheat save files when I'm done. I will add the Quasar and any other rare things like the Fire Extinguisher and Police Uniform. The Quasar takes a while to get sometimes up to a week, but it always spawns near the courthouse intersection. I'll get one, it's only a matter of time.

Update: Quasar acquired. One of the save files was 100% complete and had ALL rare mission vehicles like the Buffalo B and Jessica's phoenix. Normal rare cars were not in the garage by default. No Quasar, no MAG, no Zomkah.
I found a Quasar with chrome trim. The trim color cannot be changed. Quasar trim comes in either gold, black, or chrome. The Zomkah has also been found and added to the garage as well as some rare airplanes. I still have work to do. Some boats are missing and I'll add them as well. Still searching Stilwater University for the MAG.
When I finish finding all the rare vehicles and building the protagonist's money up to at least 10 million, I'll upload the save file with the others on this site. No cheats or mods were used.
