SOLVED Help with re-enabling hostages for cops

Just got TTDIS, and it seems I am now unable to disarm cops, does anyone know how to fix this or which file it is?

In characters.xtbl, look for the character entries starting with "npc_cop_" and remove <Flag>resist grab</Flag> from them. You can do the same for the character entries starting with "npc_stag_" to remove it from STAG soldiers.
