Hello. I have 2 questions and please forgive if the answers have been posted elsewhere, somewhere (I can't find them). Just direct me to them if so:
1) Is it possible to remove the hats from "Pierce" and "Mayor Reynolds" by editing their DDS files or are the hats a permanent part of the npc models?
2) Is it possible to change the suit color of law_natguard_julian from gray to black, without making the suit invisible, because I thought if you use the colors black or white it makes whatever you edit transparent or opaque, something along those lines.
