While i was misbehaving on saints row 4 attacking cops and such, i ran into someone my car and every thing froze and all npcs were gone with cars so were textures then i started hearing the 1950s nightmare place, then i was in it, the place you go after the attack on earth, i was there, cars people, even music, my game is heavily modded i donr have sandbox tho, i cant get out send help
