It's a Halloween Party and everyone is dressed up
+ Homies = Super Hero Outfits
+ Morningstar = Plush toys
+ Deckers = Aliens, Future Shaundi and CID
+ Luchadores = Demons and Satan
+ Brutes = Brute Alien, Satan
Customize Gang (crib)
+ Plush Toys (morningstar)
+ Demons and Satan (luchadores)
+ Aliens (Deckers)
+ Super Homies (Saints)

Installing:
1) backup "preload_rigs.vpp_pc" located in your Main SR3 directory
(where your game launcher is) in "packfiles" then "pc" then "cache".
Place in desktop or an easy place to find. This for when you want to
remove the mod, just replace back
"preload_rigs.vpp_pc".
2) Place everything in your main Sr3 directory
(where your game launcher is)
3) Replace "preload_rigs.vpp_pc"
4) Now update the "ASM Files" (required)
open the "ASM_Updater" folder and double click on
"Update_ASM_Files - after ADDITION or CHANGE of a mod file"
5) Play game
