Not the prettiest Icon but its functional

Note: This mod causes your hud to have discoloration issues with certain icons. To avoid them don't install the interface backend files. The guitar and cane won't have icons but the weapons will work.

Version 2 gives the cane and guitar to certain pedestrians on the street and makes them able to be picked up and wielded.

I had good luck with them spawning in the RSSC. Be careful not to get hit with these. They will knock the sand right out of you
