Is it possible to make a GTA V HUD map and make a wasted instead of you're smoked?

no - due to the limited modding tools saints row isn't as flexible as GTA

if it was possible someone would have already done it by now

the closest thing about gta we can do related with the hud is the classics gta's hud.. but there is always a try to see if is possible
About the smoked thing, is possible to change it to wasted..

The file you want to edit is probably "interface_effects.xtbl"

Not sure... but i believe there is a file that might change the dialogue.

Masako change the smoked into wrecked maybe we can ask him about that

superui also changes it
it also can put the weapon wheel in the middle of the screen

even under all the textures tho, the map is hard-coded to be a circle, so we cant do that
