Graphic Glitch Problem. Please Help

I been having this problem in Saints Row the Third and now I'm having it in SR4.

Before it didn't do this but some point later in time it started happening in SR3 and I hoped it would go away in 4 but it didn't.

Anyone know what can cause this?


If you can't tell its the whole neck and hands being different color and the white wireframe lines around the head.

I think you have the Farmer Tan turned on.

Here is another example. Its more noticeable on darker skin colors

Please, someone has to know whats wrong. I'm asking everywhere and not getting help.
 
That looks like a Shadows problem.
Try verifying your files on Steam, and updating your video drivers to the latest version.
Try going into the settings and reducing the shadows to lower version.

DID IT! Updating drivers fixed it. Oh man I feel so dumb for not doing that before. But, atleast it works now. Thanks
