I have been told that some users of GotR for Saints Row 2 could fix the buggy framerate jumping up and down in the game, but I have GotR installed but the crappy pc port issues are still the same. Tried a couple of different settings in terms of resosultion and detail but didn´t help.
My specs are
i5 6400
GTX 970 oc
8 gb ddr4 memory
so there shouldn´t be a reason for the framerate to drop below 60 at any point, right?
