After installing my custom patch and loading the game, I found that my phone had been entirely reset. It was empty of cheats, phone book, etc. There were still some homies there from the villain homies pack which I installed, but none of the default homies that I had unlocked by that point were present. Adding back the cheats was easy enough, but is there any way to get my homies back?

The default homies are completely replaced with the villain npcs from the villain homie pack. If you want the original ones back then simply build a new version of the patch without the villain homie pack selected.
