Giving gangs their territories back

So, I beat the game, but I sure want to start some gang fights with the three enemy gangs. Anyone know how I can give the territories back to them?
 
Use Corrodias' save editor in the tools subforum. One of the tabs is giving back gang control.
 
Corrodias S.E.? I have it, but isn't that only for SR3? I need one for SR2, already know how with SR3 but not the 2nd one.
 
Oops. My mistake. There is absolutely no way to do that with sr2. Minimaul and I spent months trying to figure out a way to make that work with sr2 with no luck.

I actually got it working for the visuals on the map, but it didn't work for actual spawns.
