Gat out of hell summons in Saints row 4

I loved Gat out of hell, but I wished that we could have some of the guns and especially arcane powers from that game ported in SR4, most notably the summon power. I'd love to run around in Steel Port with my Demon Summon, a Tower, or a horde of imps.

He tried to say that there's no Power type that functions like this in Saints row 4 and it would require Exe editing or stuff like that
