Is there a way to get to the game's ingame timer?
 
A little late but im sure there was a way to view it at one point in development but as we know the console was removed before release. I think you can look at your characters phone and see but I dont recall ever using it.

The time does appear on the phone but still you can't access it.
 
I don't know personally but if you mean actual "In Game Time" like the time shown up on the phone, I think it's a script in the pause menu/ phone menu that just executes time to be shown in mins, seconds, hour, and you can just create a script to force the time to the screen. Idk why you would really need it, but if you want the time to show up on the screen I'm sure I could find the script somewhere that did that. My friend made it about 2-3 years ago.
