Hey, I recently bought Saints Row IV. I've been playing it for a while, and when I minimize it, the game quits, and Steam says "Failed to start game (app already running)." Does anyone else have the same symptom, and are there anyway to prevent this?

Please read the sticky and provide the information from there. Also, if there is a .mdmp file in your main game folder, attach that as well.
Attached are my msinfo32 (which is in Japanese, sorry) and my error file in .txt format because the site did not allow me to post it in mdmp format.

I think this one is cloudy because of the Japanese thing. We do have a crash logged in pc_handle_device_reset which is probably this. Does this happen 100% for you when you minimize the game? Also, I see you're using version 311.06 and , which isn't the latest and 320.49 is the latest WHQL driver. I know the 320 series isn't exactly the most stable driver out, but try playing around with that while I try to find out why it is crashing.

Thank you. The crash occurs 100% when I minimize during the game. The only exception is when I minimize during the beginning company logo demos.
I will get the WHQL driver and maybe reinstall the game if that doesn't work.
