I enjoy fooling around Steelport with the NoSuperMovement cheat on which is similar to how the mission Save the Planet is but the differance is you get a parachute with the mission so I was wondering if a mod could be made when you can have the parachute when super movemet(glide, jump and sprint.) are disabled.

Yeah I quite miss the parachute - annoys me when Im playing the excellent Random Encounters mod and the encounter begins (and turns superpowers off) when I'm on a roof. You just sort of flop to the bottom in that situation.
