Basically, a mod or a cheat to let you lock your notoriety at a certain level, or spawn a bunch of normal Zin. Kinda sick of trying to farm kills for challenges and having tanks/rolling balls of doom/ufos getting in the way. Level 2 has basic Zin and a few of the jumping ones, which makes it good for farming.
