editing xtbl files for workshop items?

ok. so i got the kickass new agents of mayhem mod, which adds a new pistol.
problem is, i have all my weapons set to no overheating (basically set the max overheat upgrade to increase by 0% every shot) and i'd like to have the ability to have no overheating for any and all new workshop weapons. but cant find the files the workshop use. any help?
 
Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content - After that I'm not sure if the folder #'s are the same for everyone or what. But for me it's 206420\908364009\Agents of Mayhem Hollywood, Fortune, Hardtack Pack.vpp_pc

edit: now how do i merge this to my own custom weapon upgrades table?

Hmm. I guess you could edit the table, then repack the mod with the workshop upload tool, but save it as a file (rather than uploading it) and put it in your /mods folder. Then unsubscribe from the mod on the workshop so there won't be any conflict?
