Edit The textures of Stripper NPC

my request is to edit the Stripper Textures in sr3
can anyone tell me how to edit these textures - Im not satisfied with the color of the stripper clothes - can i like turn it to like green or some other
I have Minimauls Tool
I have Maya
I have Blender

Can you tell a way on JUST EDITING THE TEXTURES OF A STRIPPER

You have to look for the stripper NPC entries in character.xtbl, there should be something like <Color_Palette> and there you can add preset color palettes like Genki, police or Saints iirc
