Drug/Drunk Effect?

Hey guys I don't know if it's possible but to make a mod with the effects when you are on the ship? Maybe after the sdk is released. I think it would be fun. I hate how they took the freedom to smoke and drink when you pleased out in SRTT. It made me feel like a boss when you pull out a 40 oz. and nuke a cop XD

I do want that drug effect from the Girls Night Out mission. It was awesome.
