Dont Remove the Vehicle Wreck Mod? More Realism

I have a question
Can someone help me to try shut down the effect and make Vehicle Wrecks stay longer like in :
Saints Row The Third or Saints Row 2
its more realistic and better my opinion

So i mean for example if you destroy a car it will come red strange effect and will be very fast gone
so thats i want it to shut down

like in Saints Row The Third :

Wreck Objects or Destroyed Dehicles dont go away in Saints Row The Third
