does anyone have a clear patch_compressed and patch_uncompressed?

I want to get rid of a mod that uses patch_compressed and uncompressed, could anyone hook me up with a clear version of those 2 files?

I think verifying your game cache files with Steam would reinstall those files.

Gentlemen of Steelport seems to also have the original files on it, but you will have to repack it.
Gentlemen_of_Steelport_v1.0_Beta_3\optional_mod_stuff\original
