Since the "Save Shaundi" ending of SR:TT is canon, I'd like for one of the missions to delve deeper into the "Kill Killbane" storyline where Steelport becomes a city-state and Pierce becomes it's mayor. Another cool idea would be a "What If?" storyline where Cyrus succeeds in nuking America. In the turmoil, Cyrus could blame the Saints, claiming that the nuke was theirs and he was only trying to stop them. In the aftermath, Cyrus becomes a nationwide hero and is voted in as president. What do you guys think and what are your ideas?

Saints of Rage could be expanded into a full-fledged downloadable game. Similar to the canceled "Saints Row: Money Shot" game, there could be exclusive content that could then be ported to SRIV once unlocked. Steelport Smackdown sounds cool. Each "faction" (Saints, Zin, STAG, etc.) could have their own monster/giant robot representing them in a city-wide tournament featuring, like you said, destructible buildings. That would be awesome.
Yeah. I'd pay good money for a standalone "Saints Of Rage 2".
A DLC set closely after SR3 where the Saints are not government yet. The Boss decided to have a game made based on them and they hired THQ to make a "Saints Row" game by paying them in millions but THQ end up spending all the money on useless crap, they soon ran out of money and facing bankruptcy. Then the Saints have to help save THQ so their game can be made by doing trafficking mission selling THQ products (and probably many more stuff to gain more money), even with the extra money Saints brought in, THQ still continue to spend it on useless crap. At last they bankrupt and sold the games IP to Deep Silver where the game is made and completed. The DLC could end with the Boss complaining they fail to keep a copy of their game because Zinyak blow earth up.

That'd be pretty funny. Maybe there could be one set in the Nyte Blayde universe where you play as Nyte Blayde. It would provide a fresh experience since the game is spent just playing as the Protagonist. At the end, the camera could pan back to reveal that the whole thing was just an episode of Nyte Blayde that Josh and Oleg were watching before having the Earth subsequently blow up. Just a thought.
Can I get the DLC from any other source other then steam for my steam version of the game?
Getting from other places should be fine as long they are giving you Steam keys.
Thanks Tommy. I looked at all the DLC and it added up to like 31 dollars which would make it an 80 dollar game after it's all been purchased
