Disable "Tornado" Upgrade for Super Sprint + BONUS REQUEST

This is really incredible!!!!
Some others make Savegame-editor in a moment for consoles... but not for PC...

Maybe someone can make one trick for all of us...
Simply make a savegame without the Tornado Power, and load it, now buy the tornado power and save in another slot, check with some Differences tool... and say what change... Is really easy!

Some another games is really easy to mod it...

Or you need to jump over something and happen to be standing next to a random destructable like a mailbox or something. You take the tiniest hop and next thing you know you're being shot WAY high into the air and have to hit Recover since the damn mailbox knocked you for a loop when it was caught in your vortex.

It also makes any car stealing missions damn near impossible. You have to GENTLY STROLL up to the car while you're being shot from seven or eight different directions, lest the car get sent flying off into the great nothing.
